| The professionals manage the running of the
courts and the pro-shop, organising games for members, coaching, stringing/repairing
rackets and the ongoing task of making the balls. The courts are available
for member usage between 8am and 10pm every day and can be booked by contacting

Ricardo started playing real tennis 4 yeurs ago at the tender age
of 17, he started to practice hard and improve quickly. His handicap
was 9 after 1 year and he won the Greenwood Trophy for most improved
player (the first time this has been given to a player playing just
one year). He qualified for his first major open at just 18 years
old. The seaon of 2006/07 was the big one, he won 4 tournaments including
the Satelitte tournament at Holyport, the Richmond Classic in Melbourne,
became a 2 time winner of the Under-24 Doubles Championships (with
partner Bryn Sayers) and guided Prested to their first major National
League Division One win. He is ranked 19 in the world and has a handicap
of +2. He is looking to challenge for major honours in the upcoming
season's. |

Adrian (Aj) was introduced to the game by Ricardo in the summer
of 2004. After spending three years 'studying' for his economics degree
Adrian joined the team at Prested in July 2006. It was during his
time at uni that he won an accolade that few other pro's will ever
achieve - the Category G championship! He hopes that this his season
will mark a breakthrough and hopes to hit single figures by next summer. |
